Website says they wreck Hilux's. Call for a part only to be told no, we don't carry Hilux's.

Bought a battery, they sold me a six year old dud. Went back to swap it for another. He said it was a 2021 battery but it wouldn't even hold a charge. It was Japanese so you couldn't tell the age ... gave up in the end in disgust and bought a new one.
I'll never go back there.

Haven't had.much experience with wreckers but these guys were more helpful than I could have imagined. They knew exactly what I needed and how to help. I was genuinely surprised at how cheap it was too.

It's frustrating that these individuals never answer the phone, are consistently lazy, fail to turn up on time, and then try to negotiate a lower rate.
