Caltex Kaiapoi need to review their staff selection!!
The day staff are curtious and polite, however the evening staff member David has less motivation and ppl skills than a crippled fly.
He lacks manna to even scan your airpoints or loyalty cards and makes u do it yourself while he on his phone. Absolutely a deterrent from your bussiness
