Came here for using the vacuum. Stuff said it’s working and end up spending 5$ for nothing because it wouldn’t work. I asked the stuff and she said that she didn’t care and went away. Never again!!
Such great service at this petrol station. The owner came out and cleaned all the windows on our vehicle as a courtesy. No one has offered that service for at least 10 years! And the lady behind the counter was super friendly also. Make sure if driving through Christchurch you definitely refill here. Thanks so much guys you have highlighted our day! We will be back for sure.

Vacuum cleaner is not working here they haven’t write anything that our vacuum is working. The staff is bit rude.
I regret to recount an extremely unpleasant encounter at Caltex Hornby. The elderly female attendant on duty conducted herself in a manner that was not only discourteous but also appeared racially prejudiced. Her condescending tone and dismissive attitude conveyed a complete disregard for the fundamental standards of respect and equality that every customer is entitled to. Such behavior is wholly unbecoming of a service professional and casts a shadow over the reputation of the establishment. It is my sincere expectation that the management will take this matter with the seriousness it warrants, ensuring that adequate measures, including cultural sensitivity and customer service training, are implemented so future patrons are spared a similarly degrading experience.
