I visited the store today, and I wasn't quite happy with the service, so I tried to send a feedback, through the website. Obviously, the "feedback" option is just as good as the rest of the site, or the stuff behind the counter. So here is what I tried to convey privately, to the management. Yes I'm not a satisfied costumer.
"Hi I used your online shopping to identify whether the item I wanted to buy is available in your specific store (Sydenham) as that is nearby to my home where I wanted to complete the oil change on my car.
The two item was an oil additive (engine flush) plus a brand and model specific engine oil, both from my preferred manufacturer. When I turned up and asked for these items, the person behind the counter advised these items are not available in this store (without taking any effort at least to check it). It's really not a big deal, I went to another store to buy pretty much the same product what your staff tried to sell me. The only reason why, because I wanted to buy a specific brand. Your website indicated the availability in a specific store. However your staff decided I rather should buy what he want to sell... No sorry, I have a different approach, and Probably it will take a lot of time before I try to get something from Butler Auto Mart again.

Visited this shop recently. I was not impressed with the staff or the very expensive prices. The service in this place is terrible. Pretty sure it will close up shop soon... FOREVER

Got a 6000k HID headlight bulb from here, very good quality and decent price. The guy gave me good advice on installing them, good place.

These guys seem to have a better selection of spare parts than Super Cheap or Repco and prices not too bad for said parts.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Could make the shop more inviting by cleaning the shelves which were very dusty.
