This company is a scam
Booked 2 new 2023 Hi-ace model on the website and comfirmed with the customer services Reps on the phone. Still given me an old 2010 Hi-Ace which was 1000$ Cheaper with other rentals company.

5 stars for the lady at reception on Monday for giving me precise details to get to the airport return area for rental cars . The GPS sent me to this location a kilometre down the road which looked like an additional yard for Budget’s Ute’s & larger vehicles.

Got a great rental but the service from the website and contact centre are attrocious, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing, could not get a receipt out of website or anyone for the rental and our business needed a receipt, also NO paperwork at all. Finally got through to the nice staff at the actual site where we rented vehicle after two weeks of trying. Not the staff fault at the site but it is 'Budgets' fault as an entity for being so flippin difficult. Should be able to phone the site directly!!!!!!!

90 minute wait to pick up a vehicle. Just 1 employee serving customers for Budget, Thrifty, and Hertz, during the morning rush.
