Cafe team lead Guy was extremely rude and unprofessional shouldn’t run cafe him self as He doesn’t have basic customer service skills and communication ability.
Doesn’t even have any respect for customer paying inn. Not good for Business
I have placed an order for myself through uber eats and went there to pick I have asked very politely to CTL to put baking paper underneath of my food for toast in small oven. He has completely ignored at first and when I repeated again then he still didn’t say anything and He put toasti straight to oven after taking it out from packaging. When I asked again he said he didn’t have Baking Paper 😡 I said ok you should have checked with me or have a few words before putting my food under oven.
And than he started an arguing me.
How this kind of person get a job in such multi national company under what 🙀 skills?

Terrible Service 😡 I ordered coffee online from the app on 13th Jan evening, I mistakenly placed order in wrong location, supposed to be in edgware, I immediately called within seconds after placing order, staff picked up call & said I don't know how to process refund and hung up on me.
The other day I went to fill up petrol in my car during the night, staff was quite rude, serious training is required for this place, it used to be good service

Came to fill up and change LPG tank before drop off. The staff (gentleman) there was super kind to offer assistance. Unfortunately our tank was too tightly closed that we were unable to change it and he offered to write a note to explain the issue. Such a kind gesture. Greatly appreciated! Thank you:)

Came here to buy a cup of coffee at 3:43am as im an uber driver...theres a salesman inside...i approach at the nightpatly counter and said helllo and i supposed to put my order forva xup of capuccino but he just ignored me! He kept on doing what he is doing and not taking my order! This guy is not good and its a bad face for tjis service center!

Last couple months the coffees have been consistently late, i pre order well ahead of time and the gentleman working hasnt even touched the label when i get in, even without customers in store, used to be great, lucky the coffee quality is still good
