I needed more than 30 Krispy Kreme donuts, and it was a bit too late to place a pre-order. However, Vivian was incredibly helpful and made everything work out smoothly. Thanks to her, I was able to buy the donuts in time and share them at the birthday party. Great service!

Love seeing Jowee on the coffee machine! She always nails our flat whites and cappas, and the little hearts and ferns on top make them even better. Friendly, consistent, and makes a mean coffee every time. Cheers, Jowee!☕️😊

19/08 10:10pm . I had a very unpleasant experience here. The male staff member was not helpful and came across as very rude. I was trying to fill up my petrol and didn’t know that I could pump first and pay afterward. I parked next to the pump, went to cashier, and paid for the green pump. When I went back to my car, nothing was coming out. I waited for a while because the sign said it could take some time, but it still wasn’t working. I went back to the cashier and explained the situation. Instead of calmly assisting me, the male staff member harshly explained that I could fill up my tank first and pay afterward. I then went back to try again, but it still didn’t work. I had to return to the cashier again. There was a lady already in line, so I let her go first because it wasn’t urgent. While I was waiting, the same staff member told the lady that I “keep coming and coming back a lot.” I felt embarrassed and shamed by this comment, especially when I was only coming back because the pump wasn’t working. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but staff should be patient and helpful, especially when a customer is clearly trying to figure out what to do. Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to made the experience very uncomfortable. Not a good experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected.

Clean and tidy service station. Friendly staff. Good coffee + a good selection of refreshments and snacks. There is a charging console with multiple charging [micro] USB ports at the breakout area. Getting in and out of this site is slightly tricky as it is situated on the corner of Memorial Ave and Clyde Road, and requires a lot of patience. Would I go back? Definitely.

Terrible Service 😡 I ordered coffee online from the app on 13th Jan evening, I mistakenly placed order in wrong location, supposed to be in edgware, I immediately called within seconds after placing order, staff picked up call & said I don't know how to process refund and hung up on me. The other day I went to fill up petrol in my car during the night, staff was quite rude, serious training is required for this place, it used to be good service
