We use BP Redcliffs for all of our mechanical needs and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Robert and his team are always friendly, reliable, and easy to deal with, and the service is consistently excellent. We really value having such a trusted local business nearby and always enjoy working with the team.

Fine for WoF, but was wildly overquoted for a fix recently after a failed WoF. The quote was over $1300 and the next mechanic I spoke to quoted $600. Have recently had a conversation with someone who had the exact same issue with them. Shame, because they are close and convenient - but won’t be taking our cars there due to this experience. In response to BP Redcliffs response: I called you when I received your quote to clarify the difference between the full control arms being replaced and replacing just the bushes and was told it actually would end up costing MORE due to extra labor hours. I got both things quoted from the second mechanic I called - both quotes under $900 - and that included wheel alignment as well (which weren’t in yours). You quoted me $80 for new wiper blades and the mechanic I went with charged me $26 for both. I called you to give you an opportunity to keep my business, but ultimately I went with a different mechanic who kindly also threw in a WoF for free so I wouldn’t have to bring it back to your shop.

Absolutely awesome service! It was a last-minute booking and they made time to fit my vehicle in for a WOF check. They gave really helpful info when I picked my vehicle up for future servicing and warrant requirements. The job was done really quickly and the communication was great. Will definitely be a regular customer with these guys.

Although a busy Friday afternoon, the team got a puncture fixed promptly for me. the two members of staff I spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. It was good for another to approach me while the office person was on the phone.

Great quality service and communication! Had a punctured tyre and took it down to BP Redcliffs and got it repaired on short notice - very happy with the quality of repair. Organised the repair with Scott, who was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back to BP Redcliffs for future servicing and repairs.
