Really disappointed that they've dropped their vegan pie from the cabinet, means as a DF human (not by choice) there was nothing i could eat. Really sad. Also asked for a small coffee in my keep cup, they filled it to the brim and it was milky as, couldn't taste the coffee. Looks like they're charging for alt milks again as well? Very disappointing.
Wild bean cafe BP EDGEWARE Christchurch Friday 29 Sept 2023. Come here often for my morning caffeine wake up hit. I request a flat white with NO FOAM as I just prefer my cup of coffee to be as flat as possible. Along with EXCELLENT service and management i was very impressed with my coffee being served hot and EXACTLY as requested. Have had issues in past with this but this was completely resolved and shows that this particular BP Station/Wildbean Cafe take customer care seriously and respond to any and all customer concerns promptly with respect, professionalism providing an amicable outcome for all! Thanks team will definitely be back ;)
So I go in to get an overpriced sausage roll and muffin, only to be coldly greeted by someone with the customer service skills of a guinea pig. Rude, and robotic. Like we the customer are a burden on his poor existence. 2 stars is too generous but hey it's 24/7 so they can have the extra star.
Excellent service, coffee and food! Easy access for wheelchair, disabled or elderly. I requested my coffee made a certain way and was not disappointed. They even apologised for the short wait time so they definitely care about customer service. Making this my new go-to coffee stop! 10/10 from me cheers 😉
Another great coffee c/o WildBean cafe at BP Connect Edgeware CHCH, Saturday 7 October 2023. I ordered my coffee with a special request, this was done in good time. I collected my hot coffee was about to leave when the friendly coffee barista who made the coffee called out to me realising he hadn’t made it correctly and offered to remake which was excellent service and seriously cool as hate finding out once I’ve driven off! Top marks to this establishment. Saweeet!! Cheers guys 10/10 :) P.s.- was given the original coffee too!
