I visited this BP station to use the vacuum. The machine accepts a code, so I asked the staff member (middle-aged male on shift) if I could purchase a vacuum code. He told me I could use coins instead. Based on that, I asked to cash out $4. Only at that point was I told that cash out was not allowed unless I purchased items in store. This was not explained upfront. What made the experience uncomfortable was that the staff member was friendly and responsive to the customer before me, but showed no expression and minimal engagement with me.

I had just come to buy coffee but at the counter an old man rudely told me that the coffee system has been closed but he is open, please how to deal with the customer and how to say anything, you should keep such people, from now on I will neither drink coffee from here nor will I get petrol filled.

the staff today (a man & a woman 28th june 12:20pm) were so lovely!! my iced coffee was so good too. wildbean cafe always does such good coffee & it’s so nice that alternative milks are free.

The Staff (the male one working 20 Jan 2025 around 9pm - 10PM) is so rude. He wouldn’t allow customers to use the toile ( I bought a petrol full tank )and when asking kindly if customers cam use the toilet, he replied with such rudeness. I will never again fill up or wash my car here.

Car wash is a waste of money! No soap and hardly any water coming out of the machine! Don’t go there for a car wash! Not recommended!
