The staff here are always so lovely, especially the ladies who make the coffee in the morning. They get to know customers by name, and are kind to my children as well as to me. I always get great coffee from here too. They definitely go above and beyond to give great customer service.

Today I came in for a coffee and a few other items and I clearly had a few to many things to carry and one lady inparticular (Jody) was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful, very friendly and she noticed im injured and came around and carried my stuff out to the car for me. Had a great chat and got some great advice. Best customer service i've had in ages, what a wonderful woman! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I visited BP Dallington (corner glouster street woodham road) today and unfortunately witnessed a very uncomfortable interaction between a senior aged staff member and a DoorDash driver while I was waiting for my coffee.
The driver had collected an order and briefly returned inside the store for what ever reason. An older staff member (grey hair, appeared to be the senior staff member on shift) loudly and aggressively confronted him in front of customers, accusing him about hot food being left unattended. The driver calmly explained that the food was securely placed in his heated vehicle and that he was simply finalising the order.
Rather than listening, the staff member responded in a sharp and accusatory tone, saying “Don’t speak to me like that,” despite the driver remaining polite and professional. The interaction was loud, uncomfortable, and unnecessary. Several customers, including myself, appeared visibly shocked at how it was handled.
Customer service is not just about serving food and coffee it’s about how people are treated. Speaking to delivery drivers (who represent paying customers) in that manner reflects poorly on the store.
I hope management addresses this and reminds staff about maintaining professionalism and respectful communication at all times. I see on alot of the reviews there is a issue with this older lady staff member. I understand the hospitality industry is tough but never in my 30 years of being in this line of work would I treat any guest in my store like this there is a way to approach these situations without flipping your lid. Any way stay calm and be kind. Everyone is going through stuff!

“I stopped in to fill up my car and ended up in an incredibly embarrassing situation at the counter. For some reason their EFTPOS terminals couldn’t read my card, even though it has worked perfectly everywhere else before and after. The staff tried multiple terminals and even wrapped the card in till paper, but nothing would read.
What made it so uncomfortable was how loud the system alerts were when the payment didn’t go through. The alarms and notifications drew everyone’s attention, and I felt completely on display. I had the money in my account and was doing everything I could to sort it out, but the situation made me feel like I’d done something wrong.
At one point it was even suggested that I could drive off and be put on their ‘drive‑off’ list, which was mortifying. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, and the idea of being treated like a potential criminal was really upsetting.
I eventually had to call someone to come and pay for me, which resolved it, but the whole experience left me feeling embarrassed and stressed. The staff were trying to help, but I really feel the situation could have been handled more discreetly, especially since the issue seemed to be with their terminals, not my card.

I had a fantastic stop at this BP Gasoline Station and Convenience Store, and it truly deserves a shoutout! From January to February, they’re running a great promo where you buy 3 Pepsi products and get a stylish tumbler for just $10—such a cool and practical deal that’s totally worth it 🥤🧊
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free 😊 You can tell customer service really matters here.
Inside the store, everything is clean, bright, and well-organized, making it easy to find what you need without any hassle. It’s one of those places where you actually enjoy popping in, not just fueling up and leaving.
Overall, this BP station nails it—great offers, excellent service, and a tidy, well-run store. Highly recommended if you’re passing by or looking for a reliable stop 🚗💨👏
