I went there today around 2pm. The ladies name tag was Aya or Ava I didn't see properly, but I just want to give her a shout out for having such a kind personality! She was so nice and polite. I wish more people in customer service were like her.

Went in this morning and got 1 coffee and 1 hot chocolate which was a nightmare as she never listened to what I wanted in fact she had to ask me 3 times what I said.. neither were labelled... Got two pies 1 a steak and cheese and one mince and cheese however she told me they are both mince and cheese.. I tried to explain the sign said steak and cheese but she was rude and cut me off.
I'd rather be served by the guys that work there as they have great customer skills.

I was on a busy trip. Eftpos at the lotto counter is not working just now, it took over 10 minutes to fix it. Its completely understandable - it happens. However, even after waiting with patience and supporting them, it was just expected to hear an apology for the delay / thanks for waiting, from them. Surprisingly, no word is heard from them - just send out. I don't know what makes people less service minded eventhough the store is not busy at all.
