We purchased a gorgeous new lounge suite from BoConcept and they were so helpful throughout the whole process of choosing fabrics and style. Delivery was seamless and efficient. We have been incredibly impressed with their follow up process which saw a cushion tweak done for free to halt movement. This is a quality company who will deliver fabulous service on all levels!

Very satisfied with my new sofa, armchair, coffee table, and floor lamp. The interior design service was excellent, and the delivery team was lovely. Overall, extremely happy with the experience.

Charlotte and the team at BoConcept have been outstanding. We were looking to furnish several rooms in a new home. Charlotte visited our home and came up with a design plan. It was so helpful to be able to visualise how the rugs, lounge furniture and cabinetry were going to look in our particular space. Charlotte and the team were incredibly helpful every step of the way and I'd recommend them and Bo Concept unreservedly

Very happy with the sofa and chair we got from Bo Concept. High quality and looks amazing. We dealt with Rosina and she was very helpful right from the start. Excellent service all round.

Very good quality furniture and fantastic service! Both pre and after sale. Better than any other NZ company and we had experience with a few. The delivery was quick, they took care of everything - storage, unpacking, installation, helped with the room design. Really excellent, totally recommend.
