We purchased a gorgeous new lounge suite from BoConcept and they were so helpful throughout the whole process of choosing fabrics and style. Delivery was seamless and efficient. We have been incredibly impressed with their follow up process which saw a cushion tweak done for free to halt movement. This is a quality company who will deliver fabulous service on all levels!

Very good quality furniture and fantastic service! Both pre and after sale. Better than any other NZ company and we had experience with a few. The delivery was quick, they took care of everything - storage, unpacking, installation, helped with the room design. Really excellent, totally recommend.
