Had a muffin, coffee and iced matcha here, the food in the cabinet was all wrapped in plastic which seemed wasteful, and the iced matcha was incredibly weak and my friend did not finish it. It also came in a plastic cup which seemed awfully wasteful considering we selected to dine in, so it would’ve been fine to be in a glass. The coffee was fine and came out quickly. Overall unimpressed and will not be returning. Please consider the environmental impact of your offerings.

Generally a great experience here but my coffee was not very strong on the occasion :( Its a quirky place that’s pretty busy & the food selection is pretty good. My son inhaled his hot chocolate & enjoyed the bonus of a wee chocolate. It’s a bit if a rabbit hole to find the toilets but they are there!

Best cinnamon roll I've ever had in my whole life. Coffee was perfect. I drink a soy coffee and have been struggling to find a cafe that consistently gets it right. I've been to other stores from this franchise and have had great experiences as well. Can't go wrong!

This is the first time I have left a bad review anywhere but when it seems like fraud rather than a possible bad day - I had to do it. I was looking forward to ‘housemade granola’ and instead got a Pam’s (or similar) muesli. Not even an attempt by getting a decent actual granola. And the coffee was barely warm - but I could have asked for that to be fixed.
