Went in yesterday and came back today to pick up my new bike. Daniel was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. He even gave us a great discount which we really appreciated. Big shoutout to Daniel for the awesome service, highly recommend!

Top notch service from Everton today. I rang 5 mins before closing and he offered to stay until I got there (very much appreciated as otherwise I would have had to wait until the weeken and then I was completely blown out of the water when instead of waiting weeks for a small part on a helmet to arrive (warranty) he offered my daughter a brand new helmet in her FAVOURITE COLOUR!! Big ups to Everton and the team for making me happy and my daughter is super happy as this was a colour that wasn't available when she chose the helmet. Keep up the amazing work, we will be back!
Very friendly staff who are eager to help new and returning customers alike. Had no issues when picking up a click and collect order and they continue look after you even after the sale. Also received pretty good and thorough customer service dealing with an issue with the e-scooter that I purchased (which was not the fault of the store). Big thanks to Declan and Henry for their patience and assistance in sorting out the problem. If you're having doubts or have queries about what to purchase, they'll guide you to the right decision for sure. Definitely would recommended for anyone looking to buy or maintain/repair their bikes/scooters!
