I would just like to give a very good review with Vish in 99 Bikes Northwood. He was really efficient and very easy to approach with any concerns. He seems very knowledgeable and skillful of what he is doing. Always smiling and very patient with all the queries. Very kind and helpful people! I’ve spoken to 3 different people at 99 Bikes and all of which were so lovely and helpful. I had an issue with my child’s bike trailer. The supplier was no help said take it to a bike shop so I did … the first one said no we can’t look at or fix someone else’s product (brought elsewhere) though I was willing to pay. Straight away 99 Bikes team said they could have a look and fix it should it be fixable. It took less than 24 hours, fixed, no charge, they even showed me how to fix it myself should it happen again. They also took it out of my boot and helped me to put it back it. I needed some kindness, thanks team.

Wow 🤩 such great service from our new friend Vish at 99 Bikes Northwood! He was so attentive with all of our questions as we worked through the options and chose the best bikes for us. So respectful of us oldies, nothing was a problem. Kind and thoughtful!
And the day we returned to pick them up, same great service with trying out our purchases, fitting the carrier onto the car and loading the bikes.
Excellent service and high quality Watt Wheels bikes! We’re thrilled with our purchases and look forward to returning for what I’m sure will be excellent after sales service. Thank you Vish and 99 Bikes, Northwood!!

Always great service here. We had problems with a bike we purchased elsewhere just a couple of weeks ago which was brand new. They looked at it, sorted the problem and looked after us well. We appreciate you.
