I phoned Ben from Auckland explaining that I needed some plumbing work to be done for my brother in Rangiora.Ben’s communication with a customer was amazing, he went that very afternoon to my brother to get a quote for the work & got back to me with a quote that night which was very quick, within a few days the job has been done all the mess was cleaned up & taken away. His pricing for the work was very reasonable.Thank you Ben & team your efficiency was very much appreciated.I would highly recommend Ben for any plumbing work.

Had a raining light from the ceiling this evening and Tom from Ben Tucker Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Came and saved the day within half an hour, very professional and friendly. Had the job fixed in no time! Thank you so much

Called about a leaky cylinder, he was there same day to do a quote, price was very reasonable.
His lads were round in a couple of days and did a top notch job, ironed out a few kinks in the system.

Fantastic service from Ben. I phoned on a Sunday morning after my cylinder has sprung a leak. Ben came to my house within the hour, drained and remover the old cylinder and installed a new one two days later.
Communication through out the install was excellent, and the advise as to what new replacement cylinder to get was very professional. Ben also contacted his builder to do a bit of work so the new cylinder would fit back into the small space in the linen cupboard.
I hold very high praise for Ben Tucker Plumbing Ltd. A+++.

We discovered our hot water cylinder had been leaking over the weekend. Ben and his team were fantastic. Even though Ben had a drama unfolding at his own home, he dropped everything and came and inspected our hot water cylinder. He ordered one for us and Tom came round and fitted it the following day. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them again if I need a plumber!
