Kia Ora My daughter and I travelled from out of town for her scheduled operation at the hospital nearby, and we stayed here for three nights. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The room was exceptionally tidy, clean, warm, and had a lovely homely feel, which made our stay so much more comfortable during a stressful time. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including cutlery, pots, pans, and a mini cooker, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our time there. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially families travelling for medical appointments or hospital stays.

We had a wonderful stay here with our kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our daughter left her headphones behind and Aurel promptly let me know and offered to post them back. Thanks for the great customer service. 5 stars.

Our stay in Bella Vista, Christchurch was very comfortable and is the 2nd time we have stayed in this motel. Its conveniently placed on the outskirts of the northern end of the CBD (commercial business district) and is a 10 minute walk into town. The motel manager was very nice and helpful. We'd stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights on separate days - 12 Feb and 18 Feb, we were very happy with the service and the room. Worth mentioning is Aurel, who has provided exceptional service and friendly attitude. That made us feel so comfortable.

Nice comfortable place to stay. Very central, clean and roomie. Service was expectational, clean towels etc every day of our stay.
