Excellent quite room. We booked a studio. Everything was super clean. Would highly recommend and we will definitely come back again. Reception lady extremely helpful as we had to leave our baggage earlier than normal check in time. Shower was great plenty of pressure.
We stayed 2 nights on separate days - 12 Feb and 18 Feb, we were very happy with the service and the room. Worth mentioning is Aurel, who has provided exceptional service and friendly attitude. That made us feel so comfortable.
We stay at Bella Vista Motels frequently and are always impressed with the professional staff and high standards. We stayed this time in a Queen studio next to the laundry, which the room only had one window that could be opened. With the heavy black out curtains there was no airflow at all, with only the privacy curtains drawn there was a tiny bit more air moment. However the external lights shine through and they stay on all night. There was a small fan in the room which really didn’t help much. I suggested that all Bella Vista hotels consider using Secruity lights that switch off. Better for guests and the environment
My husband and I arrived from the States and we spent 5 nights at Bella Vista in January 2026. We were very happy with the accommodation, the service and the location. Emma, the proprietor, was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding our stay there or local attractions and cafes. We highly recommend Bella Vista. We would stay there again next time we are in Christchurch.
We had a great stay at Bella Vista with a last minute reservation. Very well priced and located, and exactly what you expect from a Bella Vista motel. Simple but perfectly comfortable rooms, decent shower/bathroom, kitchenette with everything you need. We had amazing service and recommendations from the friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Christchurch
