Since Wally took over marketing our property, she secured a good tenant within a month, despite having many viewings. She was very careful and thoughtful in selecting a tenant that was truly suitable for us, which we really appreciated.
Wally also assisted us in preparing the house to be fully move-in ready and handled coordination with the city council, smoke alarm testing, and meth testing. Communication throughout the entire process was clear, timely, and professional.
Together with Eti, they made the whole tenancy process smooth and stress-free, giving us real peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I have had Bayleys manage my rental unit for 4 years or so now and find them fantastic. Grace Watson-Wood is an outstanding property manager. Tenants are changing over and she is helpful and efficient. It’s a bit tricky as I live in Sydney and the unit is in Christchurch so there are so many little things that I just can’t do. Grace’s competence is making the situation pretty much stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.
