Clarissa and Becky at Bayleys were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They work seamlessly as a team and made what is sometimes a stressful rental application process feel incredibly smooth and straightforward.
They were super efficient, well organised, and communicated clearly at every step. The application process was handled so professionally and quickly that it genuinely stood out compared to past experiences. Nothing felt confusing or drawn out — it was all just done right.

Jess has managed my property for the last three years. As it was a family home and I don't live in the city, it was massively important to me to have someone who was responsive and cooperative, and she absolutely went above and beyond and did that. The house was on the market twice, both times she worked with the tenants (also lovely people) and it went smoothly. She worked with tradies during EQC evaluations - again, so many hours went in, so smooth, no bother. She managed repairs, replacements of appliances - it was like having a trusted family friend care for my biggest asset. To Jess and all at Bayleys, now that the sold sign has gone up our professional relationship draws to a close, but it's been worth every single penny in fees and then some. Can't speak highly enough.
