Great shops for the neighbor hood such as the bakery, warehouse, post office, and (if desperate-because this place is very overpriced) fresh choice. 3 stars because of the parking situation and lack of collaboration with the neighbouring library, which is ridiculous. You enter the car park and it is truely chaos, regardless of the time of the day. It would be great to see a mall that invests in the community but improving its accessibility. If you want to go to the library or enjoy the park next to the mall you are forced to scurry around the users of the mall to get to them. Poor parking layout = reduced use due to the utter hassle
It was delightful to wander indoors and shop, especially with the cool weather outside . The food court was a hit, offering options like Chili's and Cafe. The mall's concept of housing multiple brands in a family-friendly environment is fantastic; you could easily spend three hours exploring. ❤️Plus, amenities like a food court, playground for kids, and public restrooms are available. Additionally, there's ample parking space at the mall. Very nice and full of different prestigious brands but also have a variety of restaurants and places to have fun with the family! Nice, big and clean mall, though it sometimes gets crowded. Food court and children attractions are decent too. Many times brand stores don't have any special heavily discounted deals but overall a nice place to shop and hangout.✅
Barrington Mall gets a thumbs up from me! This place has it all - great coffee, supermarket, and The Warehouse. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the toilets are surprisingly spotless (a big plus in my book!). The iced caramel latte (no cream) was a highlight for me, and Uncle devoured a tasty slice of cake and latte. We'll be back! 😊
Best mall in Christchurch! Honestly considering the footprint of the mall it's not all that big. Barrington Mall strikes a balance between traditional stores like the bank, butcher and bookshop but you also providing a modern feel with a Phone repair store, sushi shop and Laundromat.
This was a surprise - very well presented had excellent parking and everything we needed on our trip through CHC but none of the bigger city malls hassle
