We have rented a Toyota Aqua for around 40 days and everything was really easygoing and good. The price for this long rental period is absolutely great in comparison to other car provider. The car worked perfectly fine, no issues with it and also no problems when dropping off the car. The people working there were all very friendly and helpful. Never had such a good experience before. Thanks team!
I was called the day before pick up and was explained to me that the super saver car that I requested was no longer available, however they were able to arrange another for me.The car was ready when I arrived. Check in was quick and efficient. Absolutely lovely lady at reception, explained things really well. The car was actually a very big SUV, I thought I was getting a small car, so it was a surprise. The SUV was clean and tidy, however consumed a lot of petrol for the amount of travelling I did around the city. My advice would be to check what sort of car you are getting if you are on a tight budget like I was. Other than that I would recommend this service 🌞
Les than average. Car was old, dirty, smelly with no boot cover. I was reluctantly upgraded to a slightly less dirty, marginally less smelly car with a boot cover. With no other option other than to cancel and rebook elsewhere. (Not ideal with a young family) I took the car. It did go and it did stop so we were safe enough but the AC gave up after a week. 7 days and 1000km with a family of 5 is not ideal. It’s not 1999 anymore. Poor. Avoid.
We rented a bargain car and drove it 2000 kms around the South Island. No issues! Our little car did what it needed to do for a very affordable price. Lots of gravel and road construction, so I was glad not to have great paint to worry about.
Hired a moving truck, great price, better yet customer experience was superb. Eric on the front desk had everything sorted when I got there and told me everything I needed to know. No time wasted on pick up and drop off, so I could get to moving. Truck was exactly what I needed to get the job done.
