I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store today. While I was sampling perfumes, one of your sales associates spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner about spraying too much. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, especially when trying products before making a purchase. Being made to feel unwelcome or criticized for exploring options is unacceptable.

A department store selling wide variety of clothes, appliances, snacks, and etc. very european style. A fire broke before back in 1947 that killed many.

Well you can’t go past Ballantynes for service, quality, great staff who are brilliant at helping you. I’m not great at the mix, match or choosing cloths for myself. At Ballantynes I go in and say this is the look I’m trying to achieve, and the woman there go in all directions bringing me clothes, that go with each other, it doesn’t take hours and I always seem to walk out Very satisfied. To add I still have clothes from 6 yrs ago, top quality that last.

Great store, went especially to the Kin Cafe to have exceptional breakfasts. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Prices were reasonable for what was on offer.
