Brought a second hand tyre off them, it had a slow leak out the side wall. They told me the issue was my rim and not there tyre, after they checked they found out it was there tyre then i had to have an argument with them so they would replace it. Over all would never go back people who work thre are rude and they sell you tyres with holes in them and dont want to replace them.

Rude staff, the tyre I bought there had a tare in it, bought it back for a replacement and they instantly said my rim was the issue and when inspecting the tyre told me it fine and I had to point out the issue to the "tyre technician" then cried to me about having to split up a pair to replace the tyre I had already paid for. After replacing the tyre they gave me the rim back and left me to put it back on the car in the rain myself because they couldn't be bothered taking their truck out of the work bay, if I could do 0/5 I would. Every time I drive past I tell people not to bother going there. Their customer service and clear lack of professionalism will end up being their downfall.

Pleasant reasonable people to deal with and helpful. Good selection of tires and all the fitting gear so even simple purchases like tires can be done, like a one stop shop.

rude and not clever management. instead of giving me the refund for fixing the part the manager was stubborn enought to decide to take the part back to fix this on their own and refused to swap it with a good one. time waisters, not recommended.
