What a great experience we have had with the purchase of our new lounge suite, right from the first contact with staff right through to the delivery and installation in home it has been a refreshing example of great customer service. Every question we had was answered promptly and with good feedback, overall a delight to deal with the store and staff and we will be back.

Horrific experience in Asko, today Saturday 24 January 2026 at 3.30pm. We were in the store for 35 minutes, genuinely interested in times. Both myself and my husband went to the counter where the glasses were and around the sales attendance and both continued to talk for the entire time we were in the store. Looked at us and never once greeted us or checked on us, just continued their conversation.
How you employ these two ladies and make any money I will never know. We are specifically not going to spend money at your store because of the disgusting service by your two staff today.
Absolutely shocking.

VERY bad experience! Purchased a little WMF stainless steel sieve for $79 there and then found a similar one in a shop next door for $8.20 and Asko would not take it back and refund! This was after I asked for a special price for a hand spice mill that had cracks in its wooden top and they said they will rather send it back to WMF than give it to me for a reduced price. I will never set a foot into that store again - extremely unfriendly and not interested in happy customers!

Purchased a beautiful table at the store the other week. Okay, it had its price but had to have it for our new house! Service in store was attentive and served us well. However, really want to compliment their team at the warehouse, which couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!
