Communication is excellent, can not fault this.Fast reply with my first email & continued to inform us via email,text & phone call.Friendly staff.Roofer was friendly & got the job done with our leak in roof.We will certainly have Arthur's Roof & Property back if we have issues in the future. 5 stars,definitely !

Very quick initial response but unfortunately the leak wasnt fixed. I emailed and got no response after a week I called them and was told someone would get back to me. No response. Having recieved a bill today it reminded me to call tham again only to be told I needed to pay the bill before someone could action anything

I was told they do not do quotes but I was given details and an estimate. I was booked in to have a repair done the following week as it was not urgent enough to pay for high rate. However there was a free spot and they came out earlier. The problem was found and fixed. The costs are explained before booking. It is good to see a company taking the Health and Safety 2015 Act seriously which does add to costs. Also standing by their workmanship and guaranteeing any work done. Polite and good service with professional staff.
I decided on planned maintenance starting now (2025) so I scheduled amoss kill treatment, roof check and repair, gutter inspection, clean and repair if necessary. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a thorough job and showed me what had been done (via photos). I will be using them again and thoroughly recommend Arthur's roof and property services.
