AquaPro have been awesome to deal with. Needed a pre-sale drain inspection and they respond really quickly which was appreciated. Have used them many times now and always receive great service from the guys. Would highly recommend.

Aquapro are very responsive to requests for a plumber and gasfitter. I had three seperate interactions to book in for a tradesperson to come out and undertake work on a house renovation. They are easy to deal with and Dan was very helpful. They were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Aquapro plumbing for a non-urgent job, (as in no need to come the same day), I was pleasantly surprised when they called me to say they would come to site about 2 hours after my initial phone call. The plumber sent out was approachable and knowledgeable, he had to go to local plumbing supplies depot to get parts and returned and resolved my issue. The only negative thing I will say is the labour cost @ $95 per hour seemed high, (much more than I earn an hour), I have nothing to compare this cost to, this may be the normal hourly rate for a plumber.

Aquapro's techical advice around the purchasing, delivery and set up of the Emerald hot water heat pump was outstanding. We were new to this product, however can confirm the low running costs promoted in the technical material are real and impressive. The self management of the system from the supporting smart app provides useful real time evidence of actual running costs which are accurate aligned to the costs and savings promoted in the marketing material.
