I sent an email to Diane and she responded within minutes and was happy to accommodate my last minute request to organise a birthday present for my father who lives in rural Canterbury. Diane was super helpful and made it such an easy process ordering from overseas. I ordered the Kiwi Favourites gift box and the 6" chocolate cake which he absolutely loved. Mum and dad said the cake and gift box was delicious and beautifully packaged. I will definitely be ordering from Apex again, quality goods with excellent customer service!
