Awesome car to drive! Changed my MI d about Toyota! And the blue is siiiick!!!! It was quite striking at first!! 🤣 But it grew on me!! I'll definitely be going back again soon!

APEX Car Rental is the worst rental company I have ever used. The cars are old and the service is terrible. The media system in our rental car has been out of order for weeks; we can't use either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Despite multiple complaints via email, there has been no response! Stay away from APEX! Better to rent from other providers with better service, even if it costs a little more!

Poor review because of how they handled our situation. Our car was broken into on the last day of our holiday and 2 bags were stolen. They said we have to pay the fixing costs for the broken window. Let me get this straight, so we get robbed, then have to pay for the damage? Since it is written in the policy, we shall comply. The bigger issue is that they took advantage of someone's misfortune and overcharged. We went for quotes with car mechanics and it takes just $500 to fix a broken Mitsubishi window, Apex Rentals quoted $3000 for the damage, taking $1000 immediately from the deposit we put in earlier. Decide for yourself if this is the outcome you want. price airport pickup walked

Sold us a car phone holder which was incompatible with the car they hired to us. Then did not provide a refund for the holder even though they kept the item!

We had a nice experience switching our car to another one at Apex Christchurch. The process was quick and hassle free, and the employees were friendly and helpful.
