Always have what I need in stock and the loyalty club system helps keep the cost down. The dog wash stations are really handy and never usually have to wait long to use

Staff are always friendly & willing to help. Store is nicely laid out, neat & tidy. If they don't have the product you're after in store they'll help you find where to get it. I love popping in to see what's new to treat my pets with, they're spoiled rotten thanks to their great recommendations!

Animates Linwood is a really nice, presentable store with neat, well-organised layouts. Even with grooming and washing services running on the side, the space never feels messy. Clean, calm, and easy to shop !! such a pleasant experience overall. Staffs also so helpful🤍

Darren was super friendly and informative, he really knows his stuff and his passion is admirable. It would have been great to have a moment to check prices etc but the sales tour lead all the way to the checkout. Initially intended to spend about $50 on toys but he informed me all the ones in my basket weren't the best. It was very good upselling on his part. Spent over $100 on 3 things for a puppy - and after we paid he gave us the puppy care guide (with 20% off vouchers included to use NEXT time 😅🤔😞) Would be 5 stars if I was rich but honestly feel a little duped.

Excellent store. This has been great place for long time now to take my dogs for a DIY wash and sometimes use their dog grooming service. Now I take my husky and puppy there for DIY Doggy washes. Also lots of great products available to purchase to help keep them in great condition. Also perfect for puppy products.
