visited this animates to use the dog wash at the back of the store and it was so clean and tidy and easy to use! and when i tried to squeegee the water away, the staff stopped me and said no need to worry they'll do it! service was fab and dog wash was great!
Amazing customer service from Sheena at Rangiora branch today. I was looking for a product that needed to be very specific and she was very knowledgeable, answered my (many) questions, and took the time to explain my options thoroughly. Very friendly and quick to help, I was greeted by both her and another staff member when I walked in. Thank you.
Very helpful staff, purchased a great harness which staff fitted for my dog and signed on for puppy classes which were excellent.
