OMG - The staff at this store are awesome. They are un-rushed friendly, and I have received more support and knowledge from them regarding looking after bunnies than questionable breeders and website searches. Keep up the great work.

The machine is not fit for purpose.
Dog wash machine has been broken for over 4 months now, button on wash station handle wont go off when you remove your finger and stays on permanently. Water and soap goes everywhere ,very annoying and unpleasant for my dog. She's a little dog and already finds wash time uncomfortable.

I paid full price of $100 to use this surface for a year , feel ripped off and wont be going back or recommending this store. Each time I've asked staff they say it's getting looked at but I think that's just what they've been told to say.
Management need to sort it.

Went into Animates after going to other store who didnt have my cats biscuits in stock to finding animated stocked them and I got them for a good price. Great service and very friendly staff 👏

Just had horrible customer service from a younger lady in glasses, I had the wrong type of bones for my pup and instead of advising me I was wrong in a nice manner she was very blunt and not very helpful, also was not friendly at all with customer service. Never wrote a google review until today, hire friendly staff in the future please
