Had shoes gifted in a slightly smaller size, went into the store to try and get some sent from Australia. Manager on Saturdays said she would check, and contact us once she knows more. But never heard back from her, went back into the store and the manager could not care less about her customers. Terrible service from a manager but the other staff were so lovely.

They didn't have the right size the pair that I selected and a lady ordered the right size for me online which was great. It didn't arrive ontime as she mentioned which is understandable. They text me after a week to let me know they arrived, also the following day someone rang me from the store to let me know the shoes arrived. I told her that I won't be able to pick them up until the next week. She was so sweet and said that's fine whenever you are ready you can come and pick them up which was very polite and kind!
I went to the Hornby store to collect my pair of shoes and the the lady ( with the short hair) I assumed she is the manager and said they are all gone as people ordered online. And said they don't hold the shoes for long long, there was no sorry, and she turned and went back to the counter. That was very impolite, there was no respect. First of all she should have given me other options to buy a pair of shoes, approximately when the next lot would be arriving, what are the alternatives. She was just rude! Very poor customer service. It was their falt not to give a time frame to hold up the shoes, more that be polite and give alternatives. If she is the manager she definitely improve respect towards people.

Rude and ignorant lady. 1 pair, 2 different shoe colors. Request for a specific shoe color and return she says" it the same colour, maybe shoes colour has faded and I don't make shoes so I don't know". Hearning this just left the store. At least keep staff who have some sort of customer service ethics. Had a staff vacancy board outside. No wonder they r looking to hire staff.
