I don't understand how this company is still in business. They have the worst communication I've ever expereinced. We had a job quoted in December which we accepted, aware that the job wouldn't be done until the new year.
Despite chasing via phone and email, the job still isn't done 6 months later. They're completely disorganised and unprofessional, not responding to messages and only giving excuses for updates when we eventually get through to someone.
We feel completely ghosted and ignored on a job we've been looking forward to getting completed for half a year.
Recommend everyone stays away - even if their prices are 'affordable' their lack of service isn't worth the headache.
I'm genuinely confused by their incompetence.

Just spoke to the most helpful Anita who assisted me with an idea of pricing for concrete. We had been recommended Affordable Concrete by another contractor and I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank you Anita!

We had a driveway replacement done and the workmanship if the team was top notch. We're really happy with the result.
Unfortunately the company lacks communication skills. We had no project manager and no one ever proactively contacted us to keep us informed of next steps, timing etc. I must have made at least a dozen calls to check, ask, query what was happening as it went along.
Our side gate still needs fixing as the concrete around the support post was removed. I've rung about 10 times. We've had someone around to check it out and he said to keep calling to remind him to do it as he'll forget. I've asked the office team to call me back to let me know when to leave out a power cord. Days later and no one has called, I can't get anyone to answer the phone, so I'm left to put a review online to see if I can get this resolved.
Disappointment and frustrated.

Very happy with Affordable Concrete and Paving and their team of workers. They have just completed a Driveway and small backyard job for us at our investment property. Reliable and prompt service! Will hire these guys again for my big projects in future.
