Came instore today to do some shopping with my family and once we had finished our shopping we lined up at the counter. A bigger lady with glasses was at the counter and did not serve us for a good 10 minutes, she just starred at us in line waiting to be served while fixing other things at the counter. I was in a hurry with my family so wanted to buy my stuff and leave. She asked me if I was a member and I was so I logged in on the phone also inconvenient. While she was sorting the phone out she kept looking around not wanting to serve me and asked a younger girl to serve me. Usually a big adidas shopper and love to shop the deals at dress smart but all in all horrible customer service. Definitely need more training and need to be more efficient especially for customer satisfaction. People shouldn’t be made to look stupid waiting in line to be served and them mucked around.

I visited this store for a new pair of runners. I was greeted by AJ, who was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He recommended the Supernova Strides, and they came with a special storewide discount. I was thrilled with my purchase, as well as the exceptional service AJ provided. On the checkout, DM Josh, also had a very friendly and welcoming presence. As a team, both AJ and Josh do a fantastic job at providing genuine advice and expertise to their customers.

I am about to bought 8 items w/ bags each but been rejected to be given bags as she said only 3bags could fit my 8 item.Get 3item for 1 bag.I don't get the logic,how would they value there customer?15/12/2025

Was in CH-CH for weekend, called into Adidas in Dressmart lovely young blond lady asked me for help, she was so helpful even though she was rushed off her feet she went the extra mile, checking out back for the correct sizing etc, she was very friendly. walked out buying more than I thought. Well done Adidas for having great staff on board makes a huge difference
