One of the staff who’s blonde hair lady with not tall was not polite. I was trying some shoes and put two boxses next to me and she asked me did I try the shoes she had or not. So I said not and she said ‘it was put in a different box. You should put shoes in a right box thx’ even I did not do that and I had no idea what she was talking but she decided it’s me because she was racist. Outlet shop with outlet hospitality, bad quality staff.
It happened 10th October around 3pm.

I visited this store for a new pair of runners. I was greeted by AJ, who was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He recommended the Supernova Strides, and they came with a special storewide discount. I was thrilled with my purchase, as well as the exceptional service AJ provided. On the checkout, DM Josh, also had a very friendly and welcoming presence. As a team, both AJ and Josh do a fantastic job at providing genuine advice and expertise to their customers.

Was in CH-CH for weekend, called into Adidas in Dressmart lovely young blond lady asked me for help, she was so helpful even though she was rushed off her feet she went the extra mile, checking out back for the correct sizing etc, she was very friendly. walked out buying more than I thought. Well done Adidas for having great staff on board makes a huge difference
