Superb hosts who went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived earlier than the 2pm check in, to find our rooms ready for us and with the heating on. The unit was clean, bed comfortable and serviced daily. They were happy to drop and pick us up from the railway station with no extra cost. We would highly recommend Chrystal and her team and would definitely stay there again.

We rang after checking into our original accommodation and choosing not to stay. They were super helpful and friendly. Gave us a couple of options for rooms and asked when we would be there. When we arrived half an hour later, they had put the heaters on for us (which was great, we were cold!). Great room with everything we needed (including electric blankets). They were very friendly and helpful. Was a good experience.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well looked after. Dropped at train station in morning included in price.

The room was clean and the bedding excellent. Plenty of tea provided as well as milk. Bathroom was furnished with bathroom amenities. Very friendly people. Offered to drop me at the railway station at 6:20am saying it was included in the service. Is at walk distance from several restaurants and also from city center.

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. We were in Room 12 and found it quite noisy from the road, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room also wasn’t very dark at night, which didn’t help with the sleeping situation. The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable either. For the price, we did expect a bit more. On a positive note, the location is great — it’s only about a five-minute walk to Wolfbrook Arena, which was really convenient.
