Ken custom-built my new Surly Ogre. He was very easy to deal with and has deep knowledge regarding parts and bike fit. Most importantly, I found him really honest and someone you can trust. This is so important when you are building a custom bike, as I was relying on his advice. 🙏🙏

We rented Ebikes for 4 days from Action Bicycle Club in Christchurch. We rode to Akaroa via the rail trail and enjoyed exploring the very steep roads around Banks Pennisula. The views were beautiful and the bikes were great. We did have a minor problem with one of the 'spare' batteries. Ken, the owner, went way out of his way to help resolve the issue. We are very grateful. We would highly recommend Action Bicycle Club for bike rentals or sales!

Unsure if I wanted to buy standard service for an old bike 10-12 years old. Encouraged me that it is still worth servicing, even when I was thinking of buying a new bike. When in to the job, discovered that it going to cost more than I wanted to spend. They just charged me for the brake adjustments. Good explanation about the work needed.

Both owner Ken and master mechanic Gary, were super helpful in preparation for gearing up my Surly disc trucker for a Australian adventure. Absolute recommended Action Cycles for high end service and goods. Get in there and get pedling!
