I visited the store to purchase a heartfelt gift for a mate who’s going through a tough time. Found exactly what I was looking for, was beautifully wrapped in store. Very grateful and can’t wait to deliver, thank you very much!
I always visit this shop when I am in the mall. Everything is beautifully presented with great displays, but there is so much crammed on the shelves and they are so close together I feel uncomfortable moving between them. Also they do not display the prices and there is no way you can lift something to see it. There is great variety and something for every occasion. I love the range of clothing and most of it is at very reasonable prices.
i thought this was a nice place to shop until one older staff was not that nice to me. I remember I was having a look at the kimonos. When I was choosing the sizes and the colours and noticed they are not suitable forme so i put them back. I was only holding on 3 kimonos. Only 2 of them were not for me. Suddenly, this older lady thought i stole them and asked me "I saw you took 5 kiminos! Let me check your bag!" My bag has nothing inside. I was so confused what she was on about. She is more than welcome to check the cameras in the shop if she thinks this way next time. I am never going back to this shop again.
Very disappointed the way I have been treated by one of the ladies from the Northland mall store while doing the Christmas shopping. I was just asking if the gift has also a box and the way she responded was absolutely unprofessional and I would say even rude. I ended up buying two gifts and before making the payment I thought to have a look inside the box to make sure the gift is in one piece. The lady again asked me why I'm looking inside the box or what's the problem that I'm looking inside. I replied that I want to ensure that the item is ok before making the purchase. Very unpleasant experience overall and I won't recommend this store.
