Excellent, Room 14 quiet comfortable and warm. Great for my 80 year old mother on ground floor. Called to say will return key for Room the lady was very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again. Second time staying here.

Interesting place to stay. Allowed our dogs which was great. Got to experience my first ever folding chopping board because it had been snapped in half but still holding together by a thread. No WiFi password to start with until the next day. Bed mattress felt like it was of lower quality, it was challenging to remain in the bed when turning over near the edge. Shower pressure very low, saving water by trickleling out. Room servicing was effecient - just dropped off a couple of fresh towels, no time spent making beds or removing rubbish, restocking etc. Mood lighting from lack of any lightbulbs in bedroom, just one bedside light. Crack running down bathroom wall. Pluses were: 2 extra dead bolts on door (although one not working), good couch, dinning room table and chairs, low price, also close to town.

Not a bad experience. The furniture is old and shower pressure weak. But relatively clean room and WiFi was working. For a budget hotel its OK.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Disgusting example of a motel, i wouldn’t stay here even if they paid me too. Rooms are falling to bits, missing lightbulbs, mould, shower head cable tied and taped to the wall, spew all over bed that hadn’t been cleaned when i arrived, sheets were yellow, stab marks in couch, laundry machines do not work, everything is filthy and smells very bad. I paid aroumd $1000 for 5 nights and ended up leaving after the 3rd. This place should be shut down!

This has to be the worst place we have ever stayed in, last minute trip so we booked through booking.com the pictures made it seem nice however looks can be deceiving. We got in very late at night and were tired didnt really take much notice of the state of the room until the next morning when we realized there was black mould all through the bathroom the paint was crack and falling off, roof was in a state that we questioned if it was safe, there was no coffee cups, no complimentary milk that you normally get when you arrive paying for a service such as a motel, they did provide some coffee, tea bags and some sugar. The shower didnt work it literally dribbled to the floor and they had punched bigger holes in the shower nozzle instead of replacing it. When we went to the front desk to complain about unit 4 the lady was lovely however she blamed booking.com for renting the room as it should have never been booked out and had stated that a repair person was there that day we arrived to look at it, if this was the case they should have told us upon arrival and we would have left as our son is asthmatic and it is dangerous for him to be in conditions like that. They charged us $157.80 for the night and luckily refunded us the rest as we were not going to stay a minute longer. Would never ever return i still feel dirty from being in that place
