AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I took my car in for a service at this center, and when I came to collect it, I was in for a shock. The car would stall on start, and the check engine light was on - hardly what you expect after a so called "Gold Service".
It turned out there was an issue with the camshaft sensor. The manager denied any responsibility, claiming the sensor was at the back of the engine and that any damage couldn’t possibly be their fault. He gave me an anology of a light bulb - "not out fault it fried while your car was here, bad luck m8, cheers, bye".
I immediately went to a more qualified service center, who discovered that their mechanics had ripped the camshaft sensor wires, most likely while checking the spark plugs. I had to involve the AA to resolve the issue, and thankfully, they refunded the damage.
This service center is utterly unreliable and incompetent. I strongly advise anyone against using their services.

Turned up for a wof. Reception guy on phone for quite some time. No issue stood there for about 10 minutes. Then had a pretty negative encounter and how I should have booked. Fair enough but was in the area and thought I’d drop in to try my luck. Wasn’t impressed with the customer service. I won’t go back
There.

The 1 star is not a reflection on most of your services, I have just been informed that you no longer have nz road maps for aa members , you've always had the best maps of nz hands down , so to have them discontinued is rather devastating, not everyone has the ability to use the internet , trying to sit at a table and decide your nxt road trip with a ph screen .is a total pain in the butt, it's always good to have a proper map , your Co driver can use it to decide if there's other viable stops to be made during your trip without interrupting the map on the ph .
Please bring back the paper maps please, please, please

The service is a 4 star, the mechanics were professional and really did a great job. However, the receptionist was a tad rude and bad attitude.

I recently took my car in for servicing. The service itself was good. However, my experience trying to get a quote for additional repairs has been very frustrating.
After the initial service, I was told that there was something else that needed to be fixed, but getting a quote has been nearly impossible. I've called the shop three times over the course of three weeks, and despite being told that I'd receive the quote soon, there is still no quote. I eventually went to another shop and got the quote within a day.
