We had to evacuate our home suddenly for 2 nights and it was night time and Carol the owner was very helpful and organised a room for my husband and I. The room was modern and warm and bed comfortable and husband enjoyed the spa bath. The only issue we had is we could not seem to get the heat pump and electric blankets to work. It was a small modern clean and tidy unit and suited us well as we only needed to stay to nights . We would definitely use this motel again if we need to seek a place for refuge again

So another NZ Work trip. Stayed a week. Rooms were nice sized, bed was comfortable with nice linen. The kitchenette was modern and the kitchenware new. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and just very nice to deal with. Overall it was better appointed than the cost would suggest. 1 thing I must highlight, the place was so clean, I am talking, absolutely immaculate. Definitely the cleanest motel room I have ever rented. So nice to arrive at a motel for the first time and be able to say that. Will stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay! The rooms were lovely, warm and clean and sound proof. The customer service and communication regarding check in time and confirmation of booking was perfect and the location is central to most things and super close to the Westfield Mall and Bush Inn. I will be staying here again and recommend it to everyone.

Nice people, carol’s service was amazing. It is also a good location, near to the university and Bush Inn. Room was nice and tidy. Great experience.

A good motel with truly lovely and an amazing staff. I turned up at 2200 with the wrong dates and not a clue… they sorted it and made life easy. Great location for walking to the uni.
